Thanksgiving is definitely my favorite holiday. This is one holiday that has it right. There’s no pressure to buy a pile of presents for a bunch of people. All you have to do is tell your family you’re fixin’ to make a big delicious dinner and that’s it.
DC is dotted with amazing clothing boutiques, of which I have narrowed down to the top five. While all five of these establishments are fantastic, only ONE will emerge as DC’s Top Spot. Voting ends Wednesday, November 10th. Cast your vote TODAY!
Last Saturday, I had the honor of being a guest speaker at the Spring Tea for Hope Community Charter School in Northeast DC. It’s a beautiful, annual event designed to celebrate and inspire young girls (ages 4 to 12) and their moms.
When humanity is in full splendor and the air is rife with Peace, Love, Hope, Faith, Compassion, and Goodwill, we are reminded of our purpose and potential. That is why the holiday season is the most wonderful time of the year!
